About Margaret


I grew up in Offaly in the Midlands of Ireland and now live in Limerick. I mostly write short stories but have been branching out into non-fiction art and music articles recently.

When not writing, I spend my spare time going to plays, art exhibitions and recording wildflowers and insects.

I’ve also been writing for Computer Music Journal, an academic journal published quarterly by MIT Press, for the past 15 years. I write the Products of Interest section of the journal, which features new software and hardware products related to digital audio and music.
